After discovering his new ghost powers, John ends up getting discovered by his Mom who can see ghosts due to experience with John's Dad, John ends up possessing her and at school, he starts a possessing spree starting with Rita and Rachel, the scenario ends after 5 minutes.
This scenario is just another proposal of Serial TF (Serial Possession in this case) that ends before it even starts, John acts impulsively like Kiyoshi, without caring too much about what his Mom says, and using his powers led by his horny thoughts. If you like this kind of content, the scenario doesn't offer really anything aside the set up, so you can easily skip it.
